Introduction

Md Adnan Kabir is currently working as lecturer and Assistant proctor in School of Law, Chittagong Independent University, Chittagong. He has completed LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) and LL.M. (Master of Laws) with first class from Faculty of Law, University of Chittagong respectively. Mr. Kabir is a member of Bangladesh Bar Council. Before joining CIU, he was working as an Advocate in Chittagong District Bar Association, Chittagong. He has published articles in national & international journals and participated in various national & international seminar /workshops. His research interests are Cyber law, Environmental law, consumer protection law and Corporate Law.
