Introduction

Iffat Ishrat Khan is an Assistant Professor in CIU Business School of Chittagong Independent University. She joined CIU as a full-time lecturer in 2018. Ms. Khan is currently pursuing her MPhil leading to PhD degree from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka focusing on Sustainable Business Practices. Prior to this, she has completed her Master’s degree in Development Studies from University of Dhaka (DU) in 2015. She persuaded her Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the Asian University for Women (AUW) in 2013 with Cum Laude honors. Before joining CIU, Ms. Khan has served as a Staff Researcher in Research and Evaluation Division (RED) of BRAC head office in Dhaka. She has published several journal articles in nationally and internationally reputed journals. Also, Ms. Khan has participated in several national and international conferences and won 2 nd best case award in an international conference. Besides these achievements, Ms. Khan has completed several internships in national and international organizations including Sarus (Cambodia) and Standard Chartered Bank (Chittagong).
