Introduction

Naeem Ahsan Talha is a Lecturer at the School of Law, Chittagong Independent University (CIU), Chattogram, Bangladesh. He also serves as the Moderator of the CIU School of Law Debating & Mooting Club and the Convenor of the CIU Photography Club. Mr. Talha earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Kuala Lumpur, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from South Asian University (SAARC University), New Delhi, India, where he was awarded a prestigious SAARC scholarship. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Economic Social Development Rights (ESDR) from the Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal, with a focus on children’s rights.His academic contributions span a diverse range of topics, including juvenile delinquency in cybercrime, workplace safety in aluminum industries, digital disruption in the aviation sector, energy security in India-Bangladesh cooperation, and the challenges faced by climate migrants in Bangladesh. He has presented his research at various national and international conferences, such as the 1st Conference on Aviation & Space Law by BSMRAAU, the HNLU National Conference on Energy Law, and the South Asian Conference on Climate Scenario. Mr. Talha also contributed to discussions on combating extremism at an international conference in Jakarta, Indonesia. His commitment to both academia and extracurricular activities reflects his passion for empowering students and addressing pressing legal challenges in Bangladesh and beyond.
