Instructions
- The CIU ID card (employee/student) is mandatory to obtain the discount facilities.
- For CIU employees’ dependents: – NID/Birth Certificate (for children under 18 years) & for spouse: authorized employee ID card of the CIU employee + copy of marriage certificate or a valid document that specifies the spouse’s relationship with the CIU employee.
- Student’s Parents: Students CIU ID card + NID and Parents NID, all required to obtain the discount facilities.
