Dr. Mostafa Haider is a Lecturer at Curtin Law School, Curtin University. His research focuses on international law, global governance, social justice, and legal theory, with particular attention to global inequality, humanitarian crises, and the role of expertise in international legal regimes.
His work has explored issues affecting marginalized communities, including women in microfinance programs and children in precarious work. Dr. Haider is currently developing new research on humanitarian crises, building on themes from his doctoral studies.
At Curtin University, he teaches Public International Law and Contract Law and co-edits the International Trade and Business Law Review. Prior to joining Curtin, he taught at Flinders University and BRAC University. He has also practiced law at Dr. Kamal Hossain & Associates and is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
