The Department of Human Resources Management at Chittagong Independent University prepares students to become strategic people managers, ethical leaders, and organizational problem-solvers in a dynamic business environment. | PEO1 | Understanding core concepts and principles of human resource management: The students are expected to be able to exhibit an appropriate blend of knowledge in the field of human resource management. |
