Needless to say that, Cox’s Bazar International University is the only university located in Cox’s Bazar. Established in 2014 the University provides high-quality education, equipping students with the expertiseto address both local and global challenges.
Within the short span of its existence, the University has achieved remarkable success and continues to forge its future with new program initiatives: a modern curriculum, research endeavors, student engagement, professional training,
faculty development programs, international collaborations and what not. The aim of these programs is to make transformative impact on students, faculty, society and the nation.
We have three
faculties approved by the University Grants Commission, Bangladeshnamely the faculty of Science and Engineering, faculty of Business administration, and faculty of Arts and Social Sciences; havingthe initialPrograms likeB.Sc in
Computer Science and Engineering, BA (Honors) and MA in English,BA (Honors) and MA in Islamic Studies, LLB,BHTM,BBA,andMBA.In addition,we have PGD in Library and Information Science. This university is well equipped with laboratories,
an experienced team of faculty members with modern teaching amenities and pedagogy. In our knowledge-based era, Cox’s Bazar International University is contributing immensely to the socio-economic development process in Bangladesh
through its quality teaching and research.
