Admission Form can be collected from the front desk of the University office or Information Office

For Under Graduate/Diploma/Certificate Program

1. Minimum GPA 2.50 in both SSC & HSC/equivalent exams or total GPA 6.00 but not less than GPA 2.00 in any of these.
2. Please Enclose photocopies of SSC and HSC/ equivalent marksheet (Admission form)
3. Please attach 2 PP& 1 Stamp size color Photograph
4. Please attach Birth Certificate / NID (Admission from)

For Masters & PGD Programs:

1. Minimum GPA 2.50 in both SSC & HSC, Honr's/Degree/equivalent exams (total GPA 7.50) or total GPA 8.00 (in case of total GPA 6.00 in SSC & HSC, but not less than GPA 2.00 in any exam of SSC and HSC or equivalent
2. Please Enclose photocopies of SSC ,HSC & Honor's/Degree/ equivalent marksheet (Admission form)
3. Please attach 2 PP& 1 Stamp size color Photograph
4. Please attach Birth Certificate / NID (Admission from)
